Cancellations

You will have a 1 hour estimated delivery time frame; please be available.  Our team will contact you at the phone number you provided during your reservation at the start of the day of your delivery to confirm your 1 hour estimated delivery time frame.  We will attempt via text message and/or a call.  If we get no reply, we will make a second attempt to text message and/or call when en route to your address on file.  If we do not get a reply confirmation on either attempt, our delivery team may move on to the next scheduled appointment and a $25 redelivery fee will be charged on your account when rescheduling.  If you make a reservation and cancel less than 24 hours from your delivery time frame, a $25 restocking fee will be charged to your card on file.  All reservations that are cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will have no charge or fees applied to your account.

Reschedule/ Cancellations Contact

Requests to reschedule or cancel your order may be made by calling or sending a text message to 732-554-2001, or emailing us at [email protected] – whichever is best for you.  If you do not get a reply to your message, that means we did not get your cancelation request.  It is your responsibility to ensure that we get your request, so trust that if we do not reply we did not get it, and you agree to pay a $25 restocking fee.

All sales to Holly Jolly Christmas tree are final once delivery has occurred, meaning no refunds will be given once your items have been delivered to your address.  Holly Jolly Christmas Tree may offer a credit on your account if you are dissatisfied with your tree, as long as you contact our office within 24 hours of delivery – and we will make our best attempt to replace the tree you are dissatisfied with up to 2 times.  All payments are via credit, cash, PayPal, debit card or Venmo.  Gratuities to your Elf or Santa driver for excellent service is appreciated.

Charge

Holly Jolly Christmas Tree includes delivery in Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ. If we deliver your tree within Monmouth and Ocean Counties, your delivery charge will be included in the price of your tree! If your delivery address is in NJ but outside those counties, an additional $25 delivery charge will be applied to the cost of your delivery. If outside the state of NJ, additional delivery fees may apply.
